If you are an unpaid Carer who looks after family, friend or a neighbour we would would like you to complete the form below and we can then add this to your record. We are here to support you and if you can only make appointments on certain days we will do all we can to give you an appointment on that day.

Carers’ Rights Day (21 November 2024) is a national campaign that aims to raise awareness of what rights carers have and signpost to information and guidance.
Essex County Council will be sharing communications over our social media platforms to reach as many carers as possible to help raise awareness of carers rights.
