Telephone System

Our telephone system has a queuing facility which gives options to help direct your call;

These are:

Option 1 - Appointments and Reception: for booking appointments or requesting home visits and for prescription queries.

Option 2 - Secretaries: For referral information

Option 3 - Insurance and Reports line (between the hours of 2.00pm - 4.00pm)


You may be asked to leave a message on an answering service.

Please remember that our telephones can get very busy especially between 8.00am - 9.00am each morning when patients are trying to get an urgent appointment.
