Disabled Access

There is wheelchair access to the Waiting Room and all Consulting Rooms, a toilet for the disabled on the Ground Floor and on the First Floor which can be accessed by the Lift.

If you need any assistance please speak to Reception.

The above times are the clinics for the doctors and nurses. The phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.30pm

Hub Service

We are now offering appointments between 6.30pm to 8pm and over weekends at our Hub Service.

Out Of Hours

When the Surgery is closed, an out-of-hours service is provided for advice on medical emergencies which cannot wait for the Surgery to open again. A doctor can give you telephone advice or recommend whether you attend the out-of-hours primary care centre. Only in exceptional circumstances will a home visit be authorised by the doctor.

Please telephone 01268 765533 where a recorded message will direct you to the emergency number which changes according to the time of day. The out-of-hours service is currently run by NHS 111.
