Living with Long Term Conditions

Living Well with Long Term Conditions (LTC).

Living with a LTC can often be overwhelming, relentless and stressful

NHS Talking Therapies offer support for your emotional wellbeing alongside of living with a LTC, with an aim of improving your quality of life.

When they receive this referral, they will aim to contact you within 2-3 weeks over the telephone for an initial conversation about your main difficulties and the support available. At this point you can decide what support you feel is best for you.

LTC Courses:

  • Living Well with Diabetes
  • Living Well with Respiratory Conditions
  • Living Well with Cardiovascular Disease
