The above times are the clinics for the doctors and nurses. The phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.30pm
Staff Training
We are closed for staff training on the first Tuesday of every month from 1pm onwards (except August and January). We open again at 6.30pm to 9pm. Please check the notices in the surgery for the dates of staff training.
Hub Service
We are now offering appointments between 6.30pm to 8pm and over weekends at our Hub Service.

This is a 24 hour confidential helpline for advice on incidents where you feel you probably do not need to call out the doctor or go to the Accident and emergency department but need someone qualified and experienced to turn to.
Out of Hours Emergencies
When the Surgery is closed, an out-of-hours service is provided for advice on medical emergencies which cannot wait for the Surgery to open again. A doctor can give you telephone advice or recommend whether you attend the out-of-hours primary care centre. Only in exceptional circumstances will a home visit be authorised by the doctor.
Please telephone 01268 765533 where a recorded message will direct you to the emergency number which changes according to the time of day. The out-of-hours service is currently run by NHS 111.
